We're Hiring, Joinery Project Managers Required

Roles and Responsibilities 

The project management of interior joinery for hospitality, commercial and high-end interior fit-out projects

To ensure projects are successfully delivered for our clients on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.

To prepare CAD drawings, material samples and mockups for signoff by project designers, ensuring signoff by all relevant contract parties

To oversee and signoff on all drawings by project draughts persons. Provide on the job guidance and mentoring to draughts persons and other staff.

Liaise with Production Manager and staff to ensure production schedule meets project program dates.

Issue finalized manufacture drawings in a timely manner to Production Manager.

Manage and direct site staff and all subcontractors

Co-ordinate and liaise with any external Architects, Designers, Contracts Manager, and Consultants. 

Ensure compliance with tender drawings, specifications, building regulations.

Check and understand all drawings and specifications. Ensure that any errors / omissions are formally communicated to the Design Team in a timely manner.

Ensure that the Design Team members supply all requested information on time

Assist in the production and revision of the contract and sub-programs with the main contractor

Issue contract variation information and RFI’s to the relevant parties in a timely manner.

Requirements

8 years minimum experience in interior fit-out or commercial joinery projects

Highly proficient in the Autocad

Able to demonstrate a deep understanding of joinery and furniture construction methods. A joinery or cabinet making qualification will be advantageous. As will a relevant project management or construction management qualification.
